They bring their own supplies. They are quiet and efficient and generally do an excellent job. I love having the sheets changed on my bed (I'm old and alone) and my bed made. Nothing broken or misplaced. They are quickly in and out but do not rush. Most often, more than satisfied.

Reliable. Everything is nice and clean. Occasionally, they miss something. They seemed to have missed cleaning the tub in master bath this week as it had soap scum on it when I got in to shower this morning. I had noticed the soap scum the day before (the day MM came to clean) and it was still there. I cleaned it today.

I like having the same cleaner so she/he gets to know the things I'm picky about. But I don't like answering a feedback request every couple of months! If something isn't going right, I can and will call.

I like Barbara. She’s amazing and does such a nice job. I like that you have managed to get her to come to my house regularly. This is so important to me because she really wants understands my needs. And she’s a very good “leader” with other cleaners. Give her a raise/promotion!
