However, the quality of the work does vary. For instance, the kitchen floor was not completely clean when cleaning finished this week. Also, it's not uncommon to find cobwebs in the corners of rooms. Never bad enough to complain about, but not at top-notch standards.

The last cleaning was finished in super record time, the house did not have the "clean smell" it usually has. I don't know what time the team arrived on February 16 because only my husband was there at that time. I came home at 11:30. They left at about 11:55. Had to call them back into the house because in 1 bathroom the rugs were in a jumbled heap, in the other the waste basket wasn't put back in place and the vanity stool was left upside down on the countertop. Joyce ran back in and tidied up (I could have done it, of course, but it was a matter of principle!) Joyce is very good, everytime. Additionally, I miss the cards they used to leave saying which area got deep cleaning and who the team members were.
