I liked that you gave me a definite price of what it would cost to do the things I asked. One of the other companies I got an estimate from said they may OR may not send a 3rd cleaner and if the DID send that cleaner it would cost more. Well how was I supposed to know if I was going to pay more or not. Thank you for doing the in home estimate and walking through exactly what would be cleaned.

Trustworthy and flexible in rescheduling. Generally good job cleaning, just a few issues occasionally.
