The two young ladies (Baylee & Holly) that come here are excellent & professional. They've been cleaning my apt weekly since Oct or Nov n I am very pleased with the work that they do. They do the job n they are pleasant n cheerful, for being 8:30 am. We have developed a report, which I appreciate. I also like how the staff calls me on Thursday to remind me the girls are coming out the next morning to clean. The reminder comes in handy at times. Every time I've ever had to call into the office for anything I've always received professional n courteous assistance.

The ladies (Mollie and Desiree) are competent, thorough, dependable, trustworthy and pleasant. The products do a good job and are eco-friendly.

Merry Maids does a very thorough cleaning. The two ladies that cleaned mine this last time was very friendly and very detailed in their cleaning. I'm not sure what products they use, but they are very good......they seems to make everything shine!!

I know my provider is starting from 'ground zero' at my home...

I appreciate that she is very diligent sweeping the floor as I have multiple pets. My efforts to find a cleaner that wouldn't streak my stainless appliances always fell short. MM has the secret in a bottle for stainless; my kitchen stainless has never looked better. The kitchen glows!

Having Merry Maids come in weekly allows me time for additional chores, work that I never was able to get to. They have lifted a load from me.

This was our first time to have Merry Maids clean our home. The products used were good, and left a nice, clean scent. The team that visited our home were pleasant and professional. I would like to see more thorough job of dusting in the bedrooms, especially around the computer in the master bedroom and the front bedroom.

They smell nice and everything is cleaned well. However I believe I had asked for nonsmokers and the one lady this week was a smoker. Otherwise everything is great.

I have a little dog and am very pleased that they don't use anything that would be a danger to him. The products give off a nice smell. The lady that comes to my house is very nice, courteous and friendly. She does a great job too. She came on the day before my Father's funeral and I mentioned I was having overnight guest, my house was shinning when she finished. I was so glad I didn't have to worry about the cleanliness of my home.

I like the shine on the sinks and counters. However this time I didn't smell the clean smell of the cleaning products. It's possible that I was gone too long after the cleaning. I may have come home four or five hours after the cleaning (that evening).

Friendly cleaners. They have been thorough. It's always so nice to come back to a clean house.

Service was timely and efficient. The ladies did a nice job.
