I love the special touches. The end of toilet paper folded into something like a triangle or shell. Same with paper towels. It's how clean you get the floors. You don't miss anything. Even the base boards are always clean. I feel like I'm walking into a brand new house. I would highly recommend your services.

Wow! I am so impressed! Nothing was skipped over, my house was left sparkling clean and smelling so good. I really appreciated the cleaners washing all the dishes in the sink. That was a little extra surprise I was not expecting.

I like the cleaning services very much but as i have mentioned in the past, i would like to know who is coming to my house. The cleaners used to leave a card signed by each of the cleaners and detailing which room received special attention. That doesn't happen any more and i never who has been at the house. Come bonus time i am unlikely to leave a tip because i don't know who all has been there and how often.

I have found some of your teams to be excellent (like David's team this last time) and some to be mediocre. I'm very happy with the services I have had in general and only a couple of not great ones. Thanks,

The cleaning is very consistent. The ladies are pleasant to work with.

I love the women who come to my home! They are the nicest people! They also clean thoroughly and efficiently. I’m being treated for cancer and haven’t been able to do basic cleaning since their last visit. I was shocked it took not much longer than usual to clean what was an admittedly dusty and dirty house. Even better, Merry Maids uses non-toxic and unscented products, even more important now that my immune system is compromised and my sense of smell is more acute.
The Merry Maids way of doing things has not been equaled when I’ve tried other services. I appreciate how clean my house is, and the competence and work ethic of everyone I’ve come into contact with.
