I've got two excellent housecleaning ladies that have come 5 times to cleaen our home. They are good, and polite, and do a good job, but it is really pricey. The cost recently went up and for me its not feeling great to have a price increase after less than 6 months of service.

The ladies were very thorough. They even got the cobwebs in a corner of my room that attracts them. They did a nice job on the floors which is always what i need because it is noticeable. They even did a few windows which I don't think they always do. Great job! Thanks!

Dolores and Ballina have been consistent in the cleaning of our house. I expect all the Merry Maids provide do the same.

I like the cleaning people; they are cheerful, work extremely hard, stay completely focused and do a great job.

I'm not sure about their products as I haven't inquired or paid attention. Initially, I did ask for them not to use the room freshener at the end as I'm allergic to strong odors so they stopped. (This was for cleaners a year or two ago, not the recent two).

Everyone was very efficient and friendly. The price was exactly as quoted.

They were one time, nonstop working, very friendly, and know what there doing!

We love our individual cleaners Mary and Mei. They always listen to our specific needs and focus their time on what's important to us not just some cookie cutter cleaning job.

The people that clean at my home do a wonderful job and the products are very effective. I appreciate that I have a consistent time slot and most of the time the same employees.

The two w en who clean our home are fantastic. They are thorough, friendly and efficient. The products are effective and the fragrance of the products not overpowering. I could tell the difference when another cleaning team cleaned our home last month, wasn't worth the money spent.

I haven't seen it like this since I first moved in and got my house organized.

Your maids are very good, but it's very expensive.

The people who clean our house have done an excellent job! The are quiet, respectful and very efficient.

I am usually thrilled with the service I receive from my Merry Maids, however, this past service was not the best. I did not have my regular team and the gals who came were late, rushed through my house and it showed. I don't think it is possible to clean two bathrooms and four bedrooms in 20 minutes and do a good job. Lots was missed...window sills undusted, half a bureau dusted, etc. etc. etc. But inspite of this lousy job, I would sill recommend Merry Maids. I was offered another cleaning free of charge to make things right, but I declined. My usual team is great. They will happily do anything I ask and they make my house shine. They care and take pride in their work. So, one bad job is not a reason to drop a great company.

The girls have become family. We have a lot going on in our lives. Amber and Gina are life savers for us. Just when I think I am go under water, they show up and put it all back together. They have exeeded my expectations. I can not imagine life without them. These 2 represent your brand beyond your call of duty. Mr CEO take a moment to recognize these 2 amazing team members.
