Overall the crew did a very good job. For the small apartment, I thought they could have made time to clean the fridge and to wipe down the bathroom walls in the hall bath. But I wasn't the one doing the cleaning so my expectations could be out of line. They were very courteous and professional. Merry Maids will also be cleaning my home next week.

I've been using Merry Maids for more than 8 years and have been pleased with their work, They are Prompt and ready to work as soon as they arrive. If there is a problem they ask for clarification and correction.

I love the look of my home after Ana and whomever is with her on Thursday has cleaned. It is scrubbed, all shiny and smells so good! My home is fully carpeted, and the carpets look great - I hesitate to walk on them. The gals are friendly and you never have to suggest that they may need to give their attention to a problem. Every month I am very grateful for all their hard work and grateful to my husband who suggested I hire them.

The women were prompt. They arrived early and waited in their car.
Dorothy was great as we could communicate with her.
The women worked hard and fast. I was not comfortable watching them, did ask about vacuuming furniture which they had done.
The house looked great when they left. I did not “white glove” as I want to trust Merry Maids.

I did not ask about products used. I assumed you have high standards and would use the best products. I might do that next month.
