The ladies do excellent work and I like it that they bring all their own products and equipment.
However, I’m unhappy when I get booted to afternoon when I explicitly signed up for morning hours. This is quite unacceptable and I’m wondering what can be done about it.

I usually have good service. This last time I was extremely upset. They did not finish the bathroom. Also they did a bad job of dusting. They were in and out in 20 minutes . Elaine Whitaker

Delia arrives every 4 weeks on time, works quietly around my disabled dad, cleans quickly and thoroughly, and is always pleasant and kind. Stacey is consistently responsive and helpful, doing her very best to meet our every need.

The cleaning is consistent, and the staff takes necessary Covid precautions. We can always count on our teams to do a good job.

The service is mostly excellent, but it’s best when two employees come. Also, could I request that they wax/clean my kitchen floor maybe every other time?

I like that they bring the cleaning equi[ment and materials with them, but they get finished in such a short time that sometimes I wonder how thorough they can be. I don't like to check up but hope always not to need to.

As long as we have Mary and Mei in our home , the service and products used leave our home are very adequate and do the job.

Last week Mary could not come, we had a substitute for her who did not vacuum or dust several areas in our home thoroughly. I would not give her a 10.
