the cleaners do a very nice job and are respectful. The last time just needed a little more time with dusting in the master bedroom. It has dark furniture and the headboard wasn't dusted as well as usual. Thank you for your help

I appreciated your quick response to a problem and its speedy resolution. Your management seems to be very customer-oriented. What I don't understand is why the report for the deep cleaning of one room each time the Maids came was for the same bathroom (and only that bathroom) for at least 3 consecutive visits. I would think that this would have been noticed by someone who checks the work being done. However, since the management was notified of this and other problems we were having, it has been corrected and now the rooms are being cleaned on a rotational basis as contracted for.

Everything is done in a prompt and efficient way. The products used really work and there is no residue or harsh chemicals.
