Very accomodating when it comes to days when family members are at home. The team are always very friendly and accomodating also. The house is always imaculate when I come home from work when Merry maids have been - wonderful. Last week the team went above and beyond - I left clean bedding out for my daughter to make her bed when she got home from class, and when I got home I found ou that the MM team had done it for her! :)

Merry Maids has always been very responsive to any problems that might occur and need correction. They're very dependable and will work within your requested times for scheduled cleanings. On cleaning day, the house always smells fresh and clean after Merry Maids have finished.

Everything is usually in great condition except the sliding glass doors are frequently very streaked.

The products smell good, they make my house smell clean. I do wish they had something a little stronger to clean the screen of the return air vent. I think 409 might work but I hesitate to ask them to use it, as it is not your product and it is an overhead job.
My favorite team is usually very thorough and always willing to go the extra mile.

They bring all their own products and equipment, but for certain projects they will use mine if I prefer. Support staff is lways responsive if I have an issue which is rare and will accommodate me on the even more rare occasion I need to change a date.
