How incredibly hard the staff works to clean my home. I am most pleased with the customer focus and quality of work performed.

I was so overly impressed when I got home to see the fantasic job Alma and Irma did on my home. I have never ever seen it so sparkling clean. The blinds were clean, the towels were folded nicely, just everything looked great. They even got the dog hair out of the rugs.

The people you send to us are friendly, efficient and fast. We can only afford to have you come for 1:45, so the more you can get done, the less I have to do myself. You always exceed my expectations. My needs vary depending on the occasion, so it's also important to have at lest one person in the group speak and read English, since I'm not always home when they arrive. A few years back we had to change our account from you coming every month to "as needed". I'm so grateful that you had a way to adapt to this and still keep my account open, so I didn't have to bother writing a check each time you cleaned. I don't know if this is the place for personal recommendations, but Sylvia and Anna in the Roseville, CA area are truly "cleaning machines!"

I like the office and the ease dealing with them. I like the girls who come to clean and how I can trust them with my personal items in the house. They are willing to do what I ask and they do have an agenda to follow in cleaning.
