I like all the cleaning products used. They are top quality. The new vacuums that they started using a year ago or so are fantastic on my older carpets. They really get the dirt out and make the carpets look so much better (not like my newer vacuum). My chrome dishwasher and refrigerator are sparkling when they are done too! The Merry Maid employees are excellent and aim to please.

I like the way the work is done fast and neat. It may not show it, but I try to move some things out of their way so they can do their work easier. The toilet is always nice and white and the sink is always very smooth and clean. Being a man, I probably don't have things too neat, but they work around that. I do like the manner in which they do their work and the results of the work. I don't know what else to say. I like your service.

They know and clean everything the way we expect!
They are cheerful, relatively quiet.
They are on time--within the window expected, or prompt to advise us of last minute changes in their schedule.
We trust them to be scrupulously honest.
We notice certain treatment/finishes, such as some spray or other application lining our sink basins, for example.

Dora and Vanessa are very courteous and work very hard. They do not talk a lot with each other but just go about their work.

The service is phenomenal. Eufracia and her team has done a great job of cleaning my home even with the multiple dogs and cats that I have in the home in any given week.
