I gave a 9 and not a 10 simply because cleaners are not as detailed as I would like. When they move items out of the way to clean they should move them back to where they got them. An example would be in my bathroom where I have candles that are all spread apart will often be left shoved in the corner. That happens all throughout the house, so as an owner I come behind them and put things back where they are supposed to be. When you take care of those details then it enhances the feeling to the owner that they are conscientious about the details in cleaning.

I was especially impressed how my stainless steel appliances had been polished. Everything that had been promised was done including changing my bed.
