I love coming home to a clean house!

The ladies do a good job in cleaning the house. I like the 'deep' cleaning of specific rooms every few weeks. The products have no unpleasant odor and seem to do no harm to the floors or furniture.

As clean and neat as I keep my home, Merry Maids do the work I don't or can't because of physical limitations. Each visit they focus on different rooms and areas which they clean thoroughly. They dust and vacuum every area every time and always do the work I request in certain areas. I love that they use their own products on most things but are willing to use my products I prefer on some things. They are reliable, courteous and professional. Because they are background checked, bonded and insured I feel safe having them in my home. When I have had a rare complaint the customer service staff will go out of their way to fix it to my satisfaction. I recommend them to everyone!

I do like what they do in my home. The toilet is clean when they leave and the bathroom sink is smooth again. And the rooms are neat and clean. They put forth the effort to do a good job in my house.
I would be happy to recommend Merry Maids if someone asks me about you. However, I always leave the choice of things up to other people.

the maids are very thorough and conscientious about doing a good job, even little things like emptying out the lint bucket I have on top of my dryer, and taking stuff to my recycle bin.

Merry Maids has been to my house twice so far and I am very pleased with their work. All rooms have been cleaned to my satisfaction. I especially like the steam clean of the stone floors and the fact that my home does not have a strong industrial smell after cleaning.

I am very particular about keeping my home in top order and have many special attention items. Merry Maids has done an outstanding job of cleaning and following special requests. I'm very pleased with the dependable service and quality of cleaning. The crews have always been very courteous and friendly even when there is a language barrier. On the rare occasion when something has been damaged Merry Maids has done an very good job in replacement or restitution. I'm often not home when the cleaning is done but have rarely come home to find any problems. When something has been missed, someone is sent out in a timely manner to rectify the matter.

Overall quality of work is very good as is friendliness and approachability of those doing the work.

I appreciate the reliability of service (always here when they say...and on time) and having at least ONE member of the team, Ana, on each visit. She knows my home, what I like, and it is comforting that I don't have to explain what to do each week.
