What do you like about our services and the products used in your home?

I had wanted a full deep cleaning of a house that had been empty for 6 months. I feel like I just got a basic surface cleaning. The cleaning wasn't as thorough as I had expected and found myself cleaning areas that should have been done by merry maids. Next time I'll use a different company.
The ladies however were very pleasant.

Very well organized, excellent communication between us & the complete staff, The "Maids" arrive on schedule (both times!!!)do an outstanding job and just are some of the most pleasant hard working people I have met. I wish I could have them every week!!

I'm most satisfied with the fantastic customer service I receive. If there are any issues, they respond quickly and correct things immediately. I especially like the team leader that I have and appreciate that they make sure that I get her everytime.
