I like all the team members who have cleaned for me. They are all friendly, careful and thorough. Also, they are sweet to my dog! I have recommended Merry Maids to many colleagues and friends. Unfortunately, cost has been the biggest factor in some of them choosing other cleaning services or forgoing cleaning services altogether.

I love that they emptied the trash and replaced the bags. They clean almost everything! They made my bed and put my toilet paper into a little point this time, which made me smile. I think hiring you guys is the best money I've ever spent. I had originally paid for my bathroom walls to be cleaned, which hasn't happened yet. I also kind of wish the cleaning products smelled more....I love the "clean" smell, but I know not everyone does.

The products used seem to do a good job on the cleaning, sometimes when doing bathrooms the spray used isn't always good where using some water and scrubbing cleans better. As far as the service goes the girls are friendly and very professional. Skye does a great job, but as I've said in past she is doing more than her share. If she wasn't doing the other girls part she could spend more time on her part, some things are going half cleaned, to what I expect.

We love the team that we have with Maureen heading it up. She's thorough and works very hard making sure we are satisfied. We also had a new gal this week, Danielle. My first thought was "oh no, a new girl that doesn't know the house"...but she did a great job and worked well following Maureen's lead. She was pleasant to talk to and they worked well together. We really love the Customer Service provided when we call or interact with the office. We had our first disappointment, however, on our return from FL this year. We were assured before we left that our neighbor would not bump us off in any way and have her house cleaned first because we were customers of Merry Maids first and took priority. Upon returning, we found that she had gotten an open slot from a house that had been dropped and now her cleaning was before ours. The time frame, etc. isn't a big deal...however, we feel we should have been offered that slot first before it was given to her. This had been our first disappointment in dealing with Merry Maids. We contemplated dropping the service because of the "principle" of it...however, because of Maureen, we decided it wasn't worth starting over with a new cleaning service. If we had been on the fence with our cleaning team...this would have been our "out" and would no longer use Merry Maids. Thank you, Alan & Name removed Zimmerle
