The first cleaning of our home 2 weeks ago was sub par with broken glass on wall picture and broken bathroom light fixture. House left askew with tilted lamp shades, moved lamps not put back in place, etc. After out complaint MM sent two new cleaners and they have done an excellent job. We want to keep these two new ladies. We used MM ten years ago and are glad they listen to our concerns or complaints!
