The team was phenomenal and super personable. I loved that I felt comfortable having them in my home. The only reason I gave this a nine was that after they left, I realized the showers had not actually been cleaned, just wiped down for dust. I didnt see this in my walkthrough because the curtains on the showers were closed but, I thought this was something they did by default. Otherwise, they did great.
The contact with the reception and scheduling agent was terrific.
