The main person name Janet that cleans our apartment is the main reason I am still with Merry Maids. Otherwise I may not have been. She is a very good at her job along with being professional, polite, and friendly. Chrysteen in the office is a great person to talk about scheduling matters.

I have been using Merry Maids Services for about 5 years I think. The gals who come always do a fantastic job with the deep cleaning of my home and I appreciate their efforts very much, especially as I am now a senior citizen.

The ladies that came (Nancy and Debbie) were excellent at what they needed to do. They were personable and friendly but that did not slow down their cleaning.

I like my team and MM service. My neighbor, Truda Bloom called to test out MM’s. She was told a one time cleaning was $50 per room with only a phone interview.

I found MM’s first to me to be helpful…A tour of the house, analysis of cleaning biweekly cleaning costs for regular cleanings. A baseline cleaning was done at a set price.

I relayed my experience to Ms Bloom but she was told no onsite visits now occurred and her cleaning would be $50 per room without a onsite inspection. After her cleaning noone from MM’s followed up to inquire on her satistfaction nor wish for future regular cleanings.

I expected better service for a referred friend interested in obtaining a new cleaning service. Could MM’s make contact and evaluation visit to make a estimated cost for cleaning?

We have our home cleaned every 2 weeks. Kim is our Team Lead and she is great. Super nice. She loves our dogs and is really friendly. It’s great to not worry about cleaning after working all week. They make beds and clean the microwave, it’s great. Extra services like refrigerator cleaning can be added at a charge and if there is ever a problem they will come back and fix it.

I will let you know more about this, after a few visits of observation.

What I like most about Merry Maids is the people who work for Merry Maids. I have met and formed great relationships with some really wonderful women over the years. It is so wonderful each week to open my door to one or two smiling faces ready to help me keep my home clean and under control. The quality of their work and their positive attitudes are second to none. Best cleaning service in the greater Manchester area. Would recommend again and again.
