I like the smell and look of the carpet and floors when I enter after they have been there. Although it may only last an hour after everyone comes home, it still feels like clean!

My experience with Richmond Merry Maids has reinforced my confidence in this outstanding company. From my first meeting to discuss care for our home to the actual service personnel, I have met professional and courteous people. My Team always arrive on schedule and are focused on working with thoroughness and care of my home accent pieces. They are accommodating to my personal request when it is within their scope of work. The office manager, Juanita, has been very helpful when I need to change a day of service and has been proactive in calling me to work around holidays.

I was amazed that certain things were cleaner than I had ever been able to get them (and not without trying!): toilet, shower, microwave. Very thorough!
