I Like it when the ladies no extra things! They notice things that need to be cleaned and they just do it, even if it was not on my list! I get excited to find out what little thing they did in addition to completing my list! You guys go above and beyond. I also think it is wonderful that the ladies leave a note thanking ME for letting them clean my house!
