What do you like about our services and the products used in your home?

This was our first experience with Merry Maids St. Cloud. We liked that Kim, our team member, listened to us respectfully, answered our questions, and explained the services she would provide. She used a vinegar-water solution on our hard floors, which we preferred. I’m not sure what product she used on our toilet, but I have never, ever seen a toilet sparkle like that!

Customer service is 200%. THANK YOU JESSICA …. Due to my poor timing due to a very late move by the moving company,, AND requesting what I wanted MERRY MAIDS to clean specifically,,,,,
MERRY MAIDS had to come back the next day to clean things I had forgotten ….AFTER THEY CLEANED what I had asked them to do….
No problem, …no extra charge, and they went completely above and beyond my expectations
I couldn’t say how happy, pleased and relieved that they were there to have my back!

The house looks and smells amazing when they are done. Linda has been on my team for a few years now. She is the best!! She knows what cleaning supplies I prefer and the scent that I love.

House smells and looks great when they are done.
