I like that your staff do an excellent job. They were timely. They appeared to be all business when they are in my house. No scents are detectable when I arrived home and everything was clean and shined.
They followed all specific instructions about what to do and not do.

What do you like about our services and the products used in your home?

I have been pleased with my service from Merry Maids. I used to call the morning of my service to see what time they would arrive. Now I receive a text message, the day before or the morning of my service, with the approximate time of arrival. I really appreciate the team going above and beyond to meet my needs!

What do you like about our services and the products used in your home?

Always reliable and careful. In the 20 years Merry Maids has been cleaning my home, I believe there were only 2 occasions when something was broken, and it was immediately brought to my attention. The maids are unfailingly cheerful and seem happy in their work.

We are quite happy with the work.
Not sure about whatever is being used to clean the bathrooms.... while they look clean, the scent is unpleasant.

Have used MM off and on for years--for our own home and to give our adult children a break once in a while. MM staff members are friendly, reliable, prompt, and they do what they say they will do. I'm always pleased.
