I like having a regular client. My job is to care for people and a crucial part of it is recognizing changes that could mean something is wrong. I have worked for other companies and have been bounced around making this impossible to do. Being able to work with the same client and family makes everyone more comfortable and allows me to rexognize changes and it benefits the client more.

Very professional , has training aids and training that is thorough and available if you have questions and concerns . The pay rate is above most other agencies and they really try to work with your schedule. Also offers some benefits that no one else offers . The office staff are friendly and helpful .
