Someone is always available immediately to answer your call. Someone is always willing to help with any problems should you have any. Staff will work with you on your schedule if you have another 2. Answer any question or concern you might have 3 if you are having car problems will make arrangement to get to work on time. They appreciate what you do for them. They make sure you know the specific about the client that you will be taking care of. I have worked for Senior Helper for 3 years.
