My name is Pat Last name removed. I love senior helpers, first off is they are very welcoming and friendly. I was given the opportunity to get my CNA certification and it was a huge eye opener. I’ve been a caregiver for well over 15 years and after taking this class I feel everyone should take this to better our clients. How easy it is to pick up extra hours if needed/wanted, how easy it is to request days off and how absolutely understanding the managers are when something happens and you have to be late or need a day off.
