I wish all teams worked the same. I find some kind of skim over the top, while others are more thorough. I have a product I prefer for stainless steel and if I remember to put it out, it does get used. I quit having the bed changed because I couldn't get it done the way I want it. Over all, however, I am satisfied.

I like the professional products used. The courtesy call the day before and the call upon their arrival is appreciated. The quality of the work is great. I do wish there was an air freshener you might recommend to make the apartment feel and smell fresh once you were done, but that's a very minor concern.
