Everything.....products seem very good as well as the knowledge of the Ladies on what best to use on my original hard wood floors and ceramic tile. The Ladies looked and worked in a very professional way. Organized and polite.

Flavia is wonderful. She is thorough and efficient. Very pleasant. We were considering finding another service. We had too many less than positive experiences. We have a service to lower our stress levels not increase them. We will continue with Merry Maids as long as as you send Flavia or people like her.

I like the overall thorough cleaning the teams do and that it doesn’t take all day.

I generally notice the products used in cleaning my house. However, they do not make me ill, unlike the usual consumer products.
I also appreciate the professionalism of the cleaning staff when they are in my house.
