The team is terrific and does a great job! I've got some high shelving that requires a step stool to reach the top shelves. I have a step stool available, but if the team would prefer not to use a step stool, just let me know and I will take care of cleaning those shelves myself. The top shelves hadn't been cleaned in a while and I would be happy to take care of cleaning those shelves, just let me know! Otherwise, Wilma and her team are very efficient and do a great job. Love the service Merry Maids provides.

The team that are at my home are very professional. I don't know how they breeze through their cleaning processes in 45 minutes, but they get the job done efficiently. My woodwork gets a little banged up due to the speed in which they work their processes, so I try to stock up on touch up paint and supplies to make repairs.

I'm not sure what products are used, but Wilma and her team are always conscientious and do a great job for the amount of time they spend in my home. Everything is always "spick 'n span" and they are always willing to make changes or do anything special that needs done. I try to make sure things are picked up and dishes placed in dishwasher so there aren't speed bumps along the way and the team can be as efficient with their time as possible! They do a great job.

I like the reminder calls. I like that they are so open to feedback and are so willing to make sure everything is the way you like it. I like that you have the same cleaners each time so you can build a nice relationship with them. I am so glad to have them. They make my life so much easier.
