The maids are awesome; we've been working with them for years. Though I would like to see a more thorough clean in the bathrooms and kitchen areas. I only have one gripe from last week: there was a pile of cat treats that my cats didn't eat on the floor behind our chairs, after the maids left it was still there. I need to make sure my floors are getting cleaned even behind our chairs. That's it; everyone is doing a terrific job! Thanks again, First name removed

The staff that typically cleans our house are very friendly and courteous. Their routine is handled promptly and efficiently. I'm not sure all of the products used, but they are fine and I truly appreciate the job that the professionals do for us.

I realize the staff can't move furniture, etc. but I would appreciate if periodically they would clean under a piece of furniture that is on legs. Possibly just wipe under the table with a wet cloth to remove the dust, cobwebs, etc. or behind the toilet also.

I am not in Iowa to see the work done by your ladies, but have heard great things from the neighbor and real estate agent. Also, I saw pictures that were taken of the house. I especially am amazed at how clean the ladies were able to get the bathrooms. Please tell each of them thank you so much! They worked very hard!

For the most part the team does a great job for the short time they are there. I don't know what products they use.

There was a new girl helping clean our house last week. She was blonde - and I don't think she's ever been to our house before. The other ladies know not to drape their jackets over our furniture because of the smell of smoke and the possibility of transferring some kind of pest to our house, but this gal put her jacket on the back of our recliner. The other maids also know we do not want their cleaning supplies (totes, buckets, rags, etc) on top of our furniture. The same blonde gal put all of those things inside my child's play pen. Granted, she just did it momentarily in order to clean the floor, but I would just rather not have those things on top of her playmat that she crawls on and chews on. Thank you Peggy. Other than that, I have no complaints. I love Jackie and the sweet lady with the heavy accent (sorry, I can never remember her name).

And please keep in mind, the reason I am so picky about my home is because I have a terrible phobia of bugs, and we do not want our baby anywhere near smoke, even second-hand. Thank you again.

We have their cleaning services set up each month for our office. the staff is very punctual, professional and they do a great job. I would recommend their service.

The Maids are reliable, They come to the house when scheduled...no shows are unheard of. They also are very willing to help out if something unusual arises while they're at the house. They are friendly and professional, too.
