I have been using your services for several years, since falling and fracturing my pelvis and breaking a femur. I'm 81 years old and a widower, and am not very mobile anymore. The Merry Maids come to me house on a schedule and are very dependable and efficient as they work. They are also friendly. I enjoy it while they are here, but I'm afraid my cat doesn't. However, my cat has never said a bad word about them either.

I like the reliability and they bring in the products to clean. I also like that they bring 3 people and are done cleaning quickly but do a good job. They always ask if there is anything special or if they need to do anything differently. Very friendly and I have no problem with them being in my home if I am not here.

I like how having Merry Maids frees me up to spend time with my 2 young children.
I also like the scent of the cleaning products.

I like how the girls go above and beyond any and all cleaning I ever expected them to do. They are extremely friendly and I enjoy having them in my home. However, I did prefer the earlier version of your dust rags. The ones they're using now don't seem to pick up the dust as well. Other than that, all is well.

We feel there is not an area in the house that you don't touch. We like the way that the carpet looks like its been combed. You have an amazing memory that you remember where everything was at the time you started & its all in the same place.

The cleaning team was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and completely thorough. They cleaned all the obscure places that most people forget about - the tops of the doors and door frames, the top of the refrigerator, the edges around drawers, etc. After they left, I did not find a single nook or cranny they didn't take care of. The house smelled clean and fresh, and the surfaces sparkled.

I like the peace of mind that my home is in good hands and the reminder calls a day in advance of my appointment!
