The ease of scheduling, the workers ability to change their MO to meet my concerns and the wonderful result.

However, the fact that they arrive without booties after I had specified their was brand new carpeting in the traffic areas they would be crossing and the fact that they arrived without a elevating device(stool, ladder whatever) so they could not clean the Casablanca fan blades so yesterday I had to pack products, sponges and a stool and go do the job myself. I was not happy about this.

I have had fantastic service for 10 years in my rental houses in New Haven and Milford CT and my personal home. Lets face it, its a business and there are lots of employees and moving pieces. I rarely have any issues, but if I do you are responsive, respectful and prompt. Thank you for being great at what you do!
