As far as your service went in my home it was the the little detail items that I noticed especially- that I was truly impressed with. The products that were used were wonderful - I only wished that I could buy them. I use a steam mop on my wood floors but the product you used gave them the shine that I probably was always looking for. To this day my faucets still shine and I use Windex and it does not keep that shine.

I was satisfied with the work. One small remark: The maids could have cleared the dishwasher.
The offices are always so clean and smell clean - hard to do at a Manufacturing Plant but they get it done.

Everything gets clean and smells nice. It is nice that I don't have to shop for supplies.
The ladies have all the tools they need to do a good job and usually do. But I do have one issue. We live on a farm with numerous outbuildings. So there are numerous switch plates that control the lights on the outbuildings. Virtually every time they come, they end up turning ON lights to outside buildings that I don't discover until dark, wasting much electricity. And this last time, they did a poor job in the kitchen, leaving sticky finger marks on the appliances.
But...they do so much that is good, I hate to complain!
