The ease of scheduling, the workers ability to change their MO to meet my concerns and the wonderful result.

However, the fact that they arrive without booties after I had specified their was brand new carpeting in the traffic areas they would be crossing and the fact that they arrived without a elevating device(stool, ladder whatever) so they could not clean the Casablanca fan blades so yesterday I had to pack products, sponges and a stool and go do the job myself. I was not happy about this.

I rarely have any issues, but if I do you are responsive, respectful and prompt. Thank you for being great at what you do!

House seems extremely clean when Maria R is here! When she is not here- house does not shine the way it does when she cleans. Bathrooms could be cleaner- toilets are not as clean as would like.

Some of the formalities could be skipped (folded toilet paper rolls, putting stuff away in drawers/tidying) and replaced with more of the basics (cleaning surfaces and under furniture, etc.). But that is a personal preference. Also, it would be nice if there were a bigger discount for getting service 2/month compared to individual cleanings.

We like everything the girls do for us..... when they are finished and I walk into our home it smells clean as well as looking great.... The two gals that come are excellent with the job they do plus very trustworthy, polite, and plesant to tall to.

The gals come in and do their job in a professional manner. The house always looks and smells clean when they are finished.
