I like dealing with a business rather than an individual whose background I don't know. Glad the staff is bonded and insured. I am very allergic to the smell of perfumed products yet was not bothered by the products used. They had a clean smell. I assumed the rings in our toilets were from hard water and I was unable to scrub them out yet Merry Maids got rid of them.
I hired house cleaners because I had surgery but want to continue using them even after I am recuperated. It is a treat to myself.

Everything shines, very thorough cleaning, cheerful and considerate attitude of maids. We would hope to have the same ones again.

It's a little early for me to make recommendations as I just had my first cleaning less than a week ago. However, the staff was punctual (which I appreciate) and did a thorough job cleaning. I'm waiting to hear back from Ashley regarding finishing the job started on 7/2 -- as the time needed to clean the entire house on this first visit was under-estimated. I look forward to finishing this up and beginning regular appointments.
