The women you sent over did a fantastic job! They worked hard and were able to really make the place shine! They cleaned a floor that I thought I was doomed to have resurfaced and they made it look like an almost new floor. The oven, refrigerator and bathroom were awful before your cleaners did their magic...and now they all look great.

I like that the service is professional, my home is cleaned and I love the smell of the cleaning supplies. However, I do have an issue with the temperature readings on my stove, it may have been caused by using the wrong cleaning solution. Denise is great, she's thorough, friendly and does a great job for us.

The women are bonded. Merry Maids calls the day before to confirm the appointment and arrival time. I have never been unhappy with how my home was cleaned. On occasion I am surprised to discover that the most minor of things has been cleaned. I am allergic to perfumed items and the products that are used are unscented.

I have episodic asthma, and all the girls have been very considerate of our allergy problems. Thank you.

Generally I've been very happy with your service. But...this week was the exception.
1. My granite kitchen counter tops still had loose dirt and dried on food bits
2. My kitchen and bath floors had been washed but as so sticky my shoes stick to the floors
3. My glass table top had been wiped with something that left a film (perhaps the same cloth that clean wood top and had some product on the cloth (not Windex or something similar)

I like how my house smells when I come home from a long day at work.

I am happy when I come home to our clean home. I find the company convenient and easy to use (customer service, automatic billing, reminder calls etc.). We have noticed recently that we have a fair amount of cobwebs that aren't being cleared and my husband and I have needed to do it.

I have already recommended Merry Maids to friends and colleagues who have become customers.
