Crystal and Franches were as good as any house cleaners I have ever hired!!!! You may have more demanding customers than me, but I doubt it, and they did the best job I have ever seen. Crystal also went out of her way to help me fix the cover of a light fixture which I couldn't figure out how to put back on. She was so friendly and helpful.

I cannot praise both of them high enough! Your office staff had failed to tell your billing person that the bill was being paid by my tenante,so when your billing person called, I was concerned that she had already asked Crystal if anything was wrong. I would not want Crystal to think I had any problem with her work: it was perfection.

My only complaint is with your office staff. When Kim called to confirm the appointment, which was for 9 a.m., she said they would be there between 9 and 10 am. I explained that I did not live at the house and asked her to have them call me twenty minutes before they got there. She very glibly assured me that was not a problem, that they would definitely leave Branford at 8:30 and be at Sperry Drive at 9:00. I got to Sperry Drive ahead of 9:00 and wait till 9:40 when they arrived. Kim could easily have accomodated me, but chose not to.
