The two women,Jenny and Marilene, who came clean were lovely and did a fabulous job! I don't know which products they used but my furniture and floors shone when they left. I appreciated the cleaning tools they used to reach hard to reach places. Kudos to all for having such professional service!

In general we are pleased with your service. There are a couple of minor things that could be improved on. They move things but don't necessarily put them back and sometimes the items aren't really near where they belong.
Lately I have been wondering if they are washing the floor under the carpet in the back hallway.

I can rely upon MM always keeping their appointment. Might not be the same ladies, but it's always covered. I'm pleased I don't have to supply cleaning equipment except for anything "special" that I like used.

Service was great! They were very thorough, and did a much better job than me! They were also super friendly.

I would like to see the use of non-toxic cleaning products though. I didn't recognize most of the cleaner bottles, so I'm assuming those are the Merry Maid brand. But, I did see a bottle of Scrubbing Bubbles, which received a "D" rating from the Environmental Working Group for allergen, respiratory, developmental toxicity, and cancer concerns, plus negative environmental impact. You say you use eco friendly products, but this sure doesn't seem like it. Please reconsider your cleaning product line so you don't cause harm to my family, your employees, or the environment.
