Elizabeth came on a Saturday. She was alone, but worked very hard and efficiently. Her cleaning acumen is excellent, the house was spic and span when she finished! I mentioned a concern with mold in the bathroom tub, which she tried to eradicate, unsuccessfully. She worked hard on it though, and some of the problem was erased. I appreciated her effort and honesty, as she took my concern seriously.
While she was waiting for a car service to help with the car, she sat and talked very personably. I highly recommend Elizabeth to anyone who needs a cleaning service. Unfortunately, I do not know anyone who needs these services at this time.

....The cranberry (I think) spray. It makes the house feel clean and friendly. (You don't seem to be using it anymore.
I don't like:
...that the ladies often turn on an electric switch, but don't turn it off.
...that the ladies at times pull out an electric cord to make room for theirs but fail to plug my cord back in.
...that the price for cleaning has gone up $30 dollars. But perhaps that's life!

I don't have the staff use product - I provide white vinegar and water because most products are harmful. Very happy that they bring their own vacuum and cleaning cloths. Like the extra attention to specific rooms.

Patricia and Michelle do a wonderful job each time they come and clean my home. They pay attention to details and know what to focus especially on (i.e. dog hair on carpets, couches, etc.) The products used allow you know that your home was just cleaned in a great way as well as they last awhile. For instance, I have a black glossy stove and when it is cleaned the dust and grime is not noticeable for awhile! Whereas, when I clean it...you can see fuzz and dust 30 minutes later!
Overall, I am always pleased and happy with the services Merry Maids provides from speaking with their scheduling representatives to the actual service and follow-up.
My home always smells great and looks great when I come home. My kitchen is spotless.

I might widowed mom of two little boys. I work full-time, and I'm in full-time grad school. My kids have therapies upwards of four times a week. I went to bed feeling like I was failing as their mom because I couldn't keep up with the vacuuming and the bathroom cleaning, and the window washing. When you came into my home the first time, I walked in after I picked up my boys from school, and I felt a huge weight of stress be gone so my shoulders. I slept better that night than I have in months. I didn't worry about whether my children were going to wake up and feel as though I had let them down. In reality, they would never think that because they're still young, but I felt it of myself. I appreciate that I can trust your company to come into my home, and clean it and Spruce it up as though it was their own, and I can come home and spend time with my children instead of vacuuming or dusting.
They’re quick and quiet.
The results are fabulous, but most of my friends would not be able to afford the prices, so it is not likely I could recommend Merry Maids to them.
