Our cleanings need to vary according to the schedule of our guests. This is the third year we have used Merry Maids and we have been very pleased. On the rare occasion we were not, Merry Maids corrected the oversight and followed through to make sure we were satisfied.

I don't like that they tend not to turn lights off or unplug a lamp to plug the vacuum in, then forget to plug the light back on.
At times they move the computer around and therefore pull wires out that I have no idea where to put back and have to call/pay the IT man.
