Friendly, clean. Most importantly my dog seems to be happy coming and going

I like that I can check on my pooch at any time. I like how dogs are brought into the room with the other dogs-and pretty much everything to do with the operational aspect of the daycare services. Everyone also seems to genuinely love the dogs.

Jeter loves going to Dogtopia! They do a good job with his grooming. He loves to play with his buddies before his grooming appointment. The staff knows him well and is excited to see him every time which makes me feel at ease.

I really appreciate the fact that your staff is so knowledgeable about dog behavior/body language. The services you offer are all great options and I like that I can have daycare, boarding & grooming all under the same roof. Can’t wait to take my fur babies back!

Upon entering your establishment for the first time we immediately felt welcome. The entire staff was friendly and you could tell they were animal lovers. Our puppy was well taken care of and introduced to the room with ease. This is our first experience with any "doggie daycare" but we were made to feel comfortable from the start.

Great facility for free play. Friendly, helpful and knowlegeable staff. My bulldog puppy, didn't want to leave, so we will go back for second play session later this week.

Staff was very friendly. My dog was really happy after his grooming. I got much better service for the same price as another groomer I went to.

My boy Jack always comes home tired and happy. Being able to watch him on the webcams gives me peace of mind and also is just plain entertaining. The staff are so friendly and really do love our pets. Brett the manager is very involved and you can tell he takes a lot of pride in the location. My only critique would be the 2 hour crate time between 12 and 2pm. I understand it for dogs that are boarding or are spending the whole day. However, I often wait to take Jack until 2pm because he needs playtime as he gets lots of down time at home. I understand franchise rules but here in AZ it's so hot that the idea of a place where he can play inside in the middle of the day is very appealing. Also being a resort town means lots of shift workers who would find dogtopia very appealing if a set crate time in a two hour block weren't the standard. Something to consider for your 1/2 day visitors. Also I'd like to drop off during a lunch break for just a few hours and the crate time negates the purpose so we haven't. An hourly program without a mandatory crate time would be awesome. I'd buy a package like that for sure!

I feel like the people that work there are happy to be there! Everything is clean and orderly. The walk through was helpful and proved to us that everything has its place and our puppy has a lot of attention and affection.

The staff is caring and friendly. The dogs always seem happy to be there and they are always taken care of very well.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about proper dog care. I feel confident leaving my pup here due to the fact that Dogtopia uses positive reinforcement for misbehavior. I also feel confident knowing each staff member that handles the doggy day care received extensive training about working with dogs.

Kelly the owner taking time with me (worried dog mom) to reassure that they were in good hands while I left them for the weekend for the first time EVER! All of their “systems” in general. The professionalism. The fact that even the chemicals they use are dog-friendly. Did I mention Paula rocks?!! I don’t think my pups wanted to leave!

Being new to the Dogtopia family, we were very impressed with the facilities, the knowledgeable staff and the methods for transitioning a new puppy into daycare. Our puppy is looking forward to his next visit.

Very friendly service by Lacy, Kayla and Brett. Our dog Bear looks and feels fantastic after his grooming. So happy that our daughter is bringing her dog Lulu in for grooming this afternoon.
Lacy gave us information about Bear during his grooming that we will definitely take to our vet!
