Everyone I have dealt with at Dogtopia Raintree has been amazing.
The entire team has really made me feel so comfortable to leave my dog with them. The team at the front desk always remember my dog's name, and will share fun details with me about the day at daycare when I come to pick her up.

It is evident that they love and care for the dogs. My Stella seems to love it there, and I love that I get to check in on her on the cameras. The rooms are never too crowded and the play is controlled well and kindly by the teams that are with the dogs.

Cleanliness of your facility. The way the dogs are played with and put in rooms according to size. I also love that there is grooming right on site. I love that there is an option for special treats when dog with be boarding!

The staff is terrific, front to back. My pup loves going to daycare and I wouldn't take him anywhere else.

We love that Dogtopia is caring and clean and dogs are always monitored by trained people. For our needs, we especially like that we can drop in and pick up any time during open hours. We also like that grooming is available. Paula was a great guide and had all the answers for our questions. The receptionist (much more than that we know) was also very friendly and competent! Good impressions overall!

I've used both the day care and the grooming services and have been very happy with both. I feel comfortable that my pup is well cared for while she's there.

Today was the first time my German Shepherd experienced an indoor daycare. He was super exhausted from a half day of exceptional care from Dogtopia. From the moment I walked in i could feel that the staff was knowledgeable and had my dogs interest at hand. I can’t wait for my dog to have more fun at Dogtopia.

Everyone is extremely friendly! Our pup is super excited to arrive and happy when we pick him up. We also love that we can have him visit the groomer while at daycare. The webcams are a bonus too!

I loved being able to watch our little pup on the video play around with the other dogs her size and with the awesome employees. We also chose to have her groomed during her stay and she came out looking the best I’ve ever seen her!

Facilities work well for my older dog. Also the staff are professional, caring and listened to my concerns for my older dog . I like that the dogs when at play are monitored and that they also have plenty of opportunity to go outside to relieve themselves. My dogs are very well trained certified therapy dogs. The last place made them do it inside!

I like that my dog is consistently cared for with the highest attention and quality. The employees are very friendly, encouraging and helpful. They always remember my dog and I when we walk in. It is extremely convenient to book, pick up and drop off and also watch your dog while you are away by checking in on the cameras. The people make this place a very comforting home away from home for both owner and dog.

The one thing I would suggest is that there be a better loyalty program in place for those who frequently visit. My dog regularly stays over night for 2-3 nights at a time due to travel but currently, unless he stays more than 7 nights consecutively there is no discounted rate.
