All the people who work at Dogtopia Scottsdale are so friendly and knowledgeable. They were kind and patient with my puppy socializing her with the other dogs.
I don't not have to like anything as my dog Rowan, a Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever mix LOVES EVERYTHING!!! Her arrival usually begins with a Mac attack, Mac is her favorite dog coach. Honestly she loves the etire staff but she has a few favorites She likes swim days as she loves to be wet! When she is done playing for the day she comes home eats, and naps all evening. She has been attending Dogtopia since she was 8 weeks old and she will be 3 in May. I believe Dogtopia has helped shape her into the wonderful dog she is, she considers them all family!

Everything. I love the staff. I feel like my puppy is safe and loved and looked after as I would look after her. She means the world to me. I’m a little too connected to the puppy. And I’m thankful that the staff accepts it and takes care of her. I feel like a real person to every staff member. They’re so kind and thoughtful and they talk to you when you’re dropping off and when you’re picking up and it just makes you feel special. It feels like that second family. I tell everyone about Dogtopia that will listen. I’m so absolutely happy to have found it!

The associates and team members know my dog. They are so accommodating and knowledgeable kind. They are willing to work with my schedule which is unsettled most of the time
My dogs don’t spend time alone or all day in a cage or crate and I especially love that I can watch them play with other dogs while I’m away. I will literally be sitting at a bar or anywhere while on vacation watching my dogs on my phone lol
Schatzie always is ready to go see her 'friends' but when she gets there doesn't really engage with the other dogs. stands around overwhelmed.
