Front desk was extremely welcoming and informative. But I would say the fact that you offer tours of the facility to new customers is HUGE! Many of your competitors do not allow that and it makes me wonder what they have to hide. I appreciated seeing where my dog would be spending his days.

I also love the fact that they have “nanny cams”. I watched on of their handlers on the monitor and 5he dogs clearly loved her!

The people are friendly. The establishment is kept very clean. Dogs are tested for temperament prior to being accepted. Someone is with the dogs at all times.

AND, I love the webcams. I can periodically tune-in a couple times throughout the day to see my little guy happily playing with other dogs.

I also appreciate the calendar of events, with ways to stimulate my fur-baby's mental health.

CleAN GREAT STAFF VERY ATTENTIVE

Finn has been going to day camp at Dogtopia for a couple of months twice a week and he loves it! I am very pleased that he is able to socialize and play in a safe and clean environment, and that he is treated like a little prince by the staff. He is a big fan of lunch especially the homemade turkey meatballs!
It is also very convenient for me when requested that he can get bathed before pickup.
We would recommend and have recommended Dogtopia to our friends. 🐾🐾

They know who I am and take great care of my dog. Shelby seems to have fun every time she goes. The most important thing is I feel my dog is safe and enjoying herself. Also I feel comfortable going into the location as they have always been COVID safe. I wish they had grooming services.

The staff was so friendly and willing to help us. Our dog had an upset stomach the morning we were leaving for our trip and they monitored her condition and even put some rice in with her dinner.

They love Enzo and Enzo loves them! Dogs are a great judge of character and I would be worried if my dog didn’t want to go in and was too excited to leave. However, it is the opposite! Enzo can’t wait to go in the door and has to say goodbye to everyone before he leaves! A great worry is lifted from my shoulders knowing I can leave my sweet boy somewhere where he is safe and loved.
