The facilities are clean and well taken care of. The employees care deeply about their clients (humans and fur babies alike). There is always someone available to answer questions and concerns. The option to view the live feed is fantastic!

The employees were very personable, caring and understanding. One of our dogs was not handling the dog introductions very well. The staff was kind and reassuring, and made a plan to help Zoe have a slower introduction to other dogs next visit. I appreciated their empathy and professionalism.
The facilities are clean and well maintained. Staff is courteous and helpful. Our dog LOVES to go!
Have a protocol, stick to a routine, canine coaches clean up promptly and front staff is always friendly.
The only suggestion I have is once a dog is let in the room, the canine coach should not turn their back and walk away without watching for the first few minutes the behaviors toward the new dog in the room.
The staff is friendly, attentive and polite. We love the dog cams! And the groomer always does a fabulous job.

Dogtopia is the best!! We always know our Sophie girl is well taken care of! She loves going and always has the best time! Everyone there is so nice and they really care about all the pups!

The team at Dogtopia Scottsdale-Raintree rock! I always know my Lilly will be cared for and will have a blast - especially with all the fun events and treats! I've been bringing her there for over 2 years, and have never been disappointed! The team works so hard - and are always friendly and smiling!
