The swim coaches are very kind and professional. My son learned a lot and felt encouraged. I like how the coaches communicate with the parents/guardians after the class.
I also want to note the cleanliness of the facilities and the easy access to changing rooms are a plus.

Overall, the experience has been wonderful, the instructors are amazing, and my child has learned a great deal. We truly appreciate the quality of the teaching.
One area that could be improved is around scheduling and cancellation reminders. A more consistent or coordinated system would make it easier for parents to plan ahead and avoid any confusion.

I like the early morning classes. Wish we had more options at 5am but for now it works.

The majority of coaches we have encountered during swim class and private swim class have been friendly, knowledgeable, and good teachers. Some lack friendliness, training ability. I realize most are young, but the more experienced coaches should be monitoring and evaluating to help them become better coaches.
It would be great to have some aquatic class opportunities between 10:30-4 available for people who want aqua zoom or aquatic classes.
The staff is excellent and is GREAT about working with kids. I really appreciate the past two years my daughter was a part of the USAA Summer Day Camp program. I'm so very thankful for the experience provided.
WOW! This Summer Camp completely saved our summer! After a long school year and the general craziness of everything, my kids were BURNING energy and needed something engaging – and this camp delivered! The sheer variety of activities was incredible. From the weekly swimming to Peter Piper Pizza to the on campus arcade, there was never a dull moment. The staff was amazing – enthusiastic, caring, and clearly dedicated to making sure every child had a fantastic experience. My kids came home exhausted (in the best way!), full of stories, and already begging to go back next year. Seriously, 10 out of 10!
We have only done the aquatics, and my son has gone on his own. the instructor and coordinator have been great. They help, explain and ensure safety.
Loved the convenience for USAA employees. I wish I would have known about this camp sooner :).
The staff are awesome. My kid had a great time! She wants to come back every year!

The USAA Summer Camp was the best decision I have ever made for my kiddo when it comes to summer time fun. Not only was the staff so patient and understanding, but they exceeded all of my expectations in caring for my son. Mr. Sam and Mrs. Kelly were the best and so understanding. All of the staff was truly amazing.
We haven't tried any programs but like that swimming lessons are available for children. Having childcare services is great and we will eventually take advantage of this opportunity. For now, we are enjoing the open pool as we prepare the babies for lessons.

I've only used the workout machines so far but am looking forward to utilizing the pool fitness and cardio classes.
I am a new member and have not participated in any programs or activities yet.
My son said he enjoyed all the field trips he had and the counselors.
