My daughter had not been interested in sports until she started swim lessons at the Westside Y last year. Now she loves being on the swim team! The coaches have been friendly and patient. She looks forward to every practice and looks forward to every lesson before joining the swim team. Crystal Cantu has been wonderful to work with whenever I have had questions about payments, registrations, swim team enrollment, etc. She has great customer service skills and always shares her knowledge of upcoming aquatics programs. I am very grateful for the aquatics program at the Westside Y!

We've had a fantastic experience with the private swim lessons at YMCA. The instructors are great — very focused on the kids and incredibly helpful throughout the learning process. Our child has made noticeable progress and always looks forward to the next lesson. We are extremely happy and have recommend friends and family. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality swim instruction in a supportive environment!

The swim instructors Ms. Rachel and Ms. Lizzy are great. My kids learned and progressed quickly. Ms. Lizzy was so patient with my 3 year old.

I loved the attention the instructors give each student. There was a mistake on scheduling for my kids and the manager of the branch and aquatics director were great in fixing the issue within 2 days
I like the programs and the employees,
I do think however, small signs should be put on the machines that says "no saving machines" so others can continue their workout programs. I have had problems with teenage youth working out and walking away leaving their backpack walking away to visit with others, then coming back requesting that I leave so he can finish his workout. Signs would alievate long discussions, and represent a rule that all need to follow.
I like the reservation system and that there are limits on class sizes. I like that there are plenty of classes for older adults to chose from.
Calm and supportive atmosphere
Great! Except when then cancel with an hours notice. I've gotten to the gym to find out the class had been cancelled -- twice.
The y.m.c.a it is perfect. I think it’s a wonderful thing to go. People are really nice and clean and friendly. I really like it and they teach classes perfectly the right way and they have the patience to work with you and they are really nice and friendly. I think everything is perfect there to be going and good classes that you YMCA have.
The App is easy to use plus everyone is professional & friendly
I like the diversity of programs and activities there are to choose from.
Aquatics classes, especially the 6:30, Tuesday evening class.
