Trident Land Transfer performs miracles. 724 Ellsworth was a 10-day cash closing for which I was a dual agent. With the help of Kimberly Thomas, Janelle Santos, Michele Brogan, and Robert Scott, this deal closed on time and with as little stress as possible. These folks are quite literally the A team.
