I had a situation where the property taxes were not detailed correctly in the listing and the tax assesors office. This was identified and corrected by Gina and Melissa. Knowing that the client might be a bit salty regarding the tax issue, Gina printed out a Homestead act application and presented that to my buyers with a complete explanation of the tax error and the exemption so they would have a chance to lower their tax bill. It put a smile on their faces and they left closing happy to move into their new home. Thank you both Gina & Melissa for always being there for my clients!!
