Rob Scott is amazing. He is able to connect with the buyers and provide them with a very personalized experience for the purchase of their new home. Always available to answer any last-minute questions and flexible to meet the needs of the transaction. He is always looking at the big picture. This settlement was delayed by a few hours which was no problem for Rob. I love how he always has a solution & the energy he brings to the settlement table. He goes above & beyond always.
This deal was challenging due to the property being under a lien from the PHDC. This deal would not have been able to close when it did as smoothly as it did without Bettyanne. Bettyanne held this deal together as the PHDC people would no longer talk to me, only to Trident and Prosperity. Bettyanne and Natasha worked hand in hand and kept me updated the entire time. They worked so hard to get it done as quickly as possible and then handed it over to Robert who was able to make sense of the mess that was given to us from PHDC.
Without the hard work of these two, who knows when this deal would have been finished
